As the name suggest lesbolagne are lasagne for lesbians.


  • 400 g of swiss chard
  • 400 g ricotta
  • 1 broccolo romaseco
  • 250 g fresh lasagna sheets
  • 600 g Béchamel Sauce
  • 50 g Parmigiano Reggiano



  1. Steam the Romanesco and boil the the swiss chard for 5 minutes
  2. boil the lasagne for 10 seconds then plunged them in iced water to stop them cooking
  3. Pour some of the béchamel sauce in baking tin
  4. Spead the ricotta on the lasagne and cover with the swiss chard and the romanesco
  5. Roll the lasagne and cut them in half
  6. Pour some of the béchamel sauce on top, and finish with the Parmigiano
  7. Cook in the oven at 200 C for 15 minutes
