As the name suggest lesbolagne are lasagne for lesbians.
Ingredients
- 400 g of swiss chard
- 400 g ricotta
- 1 broccolo romaseco
- 250 g fresh lasagna sheets
- 600 g Béchamel Sauce
- 50 g Parmigiano Reggiano
Directions
- Steam the Romanesco and boil the the swiss chard for 5 minutes
- boil the lasagne for 10 seconds then plunged them in iced water to stop them cooking
- Pour some of the béchamel sauce in baking tin
- Spead the ricotta on the lasagne and cover with the swiss chard and the romanesco
- Roll the lasagne and cut them in half
- Pour some of the béchamel sauce on top, and finish with the Parmigiano
- Cook in the oven at 200 C for 15 minutes
